Thelma has lived in the greater New Haven community for most of her life. Her summers were spent in Guilford at Mulberry Point and later at Summer Island in Branford. She presently lives in North Haven and is very knowledgeable about these and surrounding communities. She is a Residential Sales Associate in the company’s New Haven office and has been a Realtor for over 10 years. She has earned her ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative). Prior to joining the Pearce Company, Thelma spent her entire career in the Travel and Tourism Field. She has traveled to places far and near and enjoyed meeting new people and learning about their culture. Starting with a small, highly regarded local travel agency, she learned the importance of keeping a close watch on important dates, the principles of ethical representation and the pleasure of a happy client. Thelma left the Travel Industry after a 17 year career at one of the largest travel organizations in New Haven county, starting their Motorcoach department, organizing cruises, corporate meetings and groups to many destinations. She brings to her career in Real Estate that same dedication and care.
